If a genetic defect is diagnosed by a licensed vet, we will offer a replacement puppy of equal value.

We provide a 14-day guarantee against viral infections. While we take every precaution, viruses can be unpredictable.

Standard Exclusions

This guarantee does not cover common, treatable conditions such as: internal parasites (worms/coccidia/giardia), which are common in puppies due to travel stress; fleas; ear mites; kennel cough; or low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) caused by missed meals. It also does not cover accidental injury.
