TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Purpose: The Puppy is sold as a companion animal (pet quality) and not for breeding purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Health Guarantee: The Seller guarantees the Puppy is in good health at the time of sale. The Buyer has 72 hours to have the Puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian to verify health.
Genetic Defects: The Seller provides a 1-year guarantee against life-threatening congenital defects. A veterinary report is required for any claim.
Care: The Buyer agrees to provide a safe, humane environment, including adequate food, water, shelter, and veterinary care.
Rehoming: Under no circumstances shall this Puppy be surrendered to a shelter, pet store, or research facility. If the Buyer cannot keep the Puppy, it must be returned to the Seller or rehomed with Seller's approval.
